There lies a state, in beauty acclaimed,

To the mighty waters of Lake Superior,

Michigan's beauty, like a living dream,

Where delights and marvels are never over.

In Detroit, the city of Motown's fame,

A vibrant heartbeat pulses through its core,

The culture, music, and artistic flame,

Echo through the streets forevermore.

To Traverse City, where cherries grow in bloom,

A tasting tour of flavors fills the air,

Amidst rolling hills and orchards' perfume,

A slice of heaven, nature's tender care.

In Ann Arbor, the alma mater's pride,

Where scholars gather, thirst for knowledge quenched,

Intelligence and innovation coincide,

A spark of brilliance, forever entrenched.

Up north, the beloved Upper Peninsula,

A rugged paradise untouched by time,

Pristine wilderness, where wolves howl in euphoria,

A hidden gem, a secret sublime.

From Mackinac Island, a charming retreat,
