State of New York Poem
New York, my love, my heart's delight,
The city that never sleeps at night,
From the hustle and bustle of Times Square,
To the peacefulness of Central Park's fresh air.
The Empire State Building towers high,
And the Statue of Liberty stands nigh,
A symbol of freedom, hope, and peace,
A sight that will never cease to please.
The bright lights of Broadway's theater scene,
The art museums where beauty's seen,
The famous hot dogs and pizza pies,
New York City never fails to surprise.
Upstate, the Adirondack Mountains rise,
A place of beauty that never dies,
The Finger Lakes, with their wine and charm,
New York State offers a world of calm.
From Niagara Falls to the Long Island shore,
New York's beauty is something to adore,
A state of wonders, culture, and art,
New York is forever dear to my heart.
